I had the same question and I used Nora's answer successfully.  First make sure the links in your email are tracked then they will appear in the Filter criteria for "Visited Website".  You can add one or many links to the same filter.  Then, to the same filter, add another "AND" criteria for "Clicked Specific Email" to narrow it down to a specific email in that filter.
