There is not a pre-built connection available but the systems can be connected using the API or form re-post functions. As an example, when I was investigating this connection we were looking into sending all forms to Eloqua then using the "Post Data to Server" processing step to send the data to Taleo. We were not looking at syncing data between the systems, we were just looking to manage emails in Eloqua. I also began looking into potentially using blind form submit links from Taleo to trigger nurtures in Eloqua but did not go too far down that road.
