Salesforce Integratation Failed Updates

Hi,

 

I'm very new to using Eloqua and am looking for some help!  Looking at the Salesforce Integration Status, we have a lot of Failed Updates which I am trying to resolve.  The specific one which I'm trying to resolve is with Update Lead Unsubscribe - the error message says "ID not specified in an update call".  Does this mean that an ID in Eloqua is not matching with one in Salesforce or the other way around?  If Email Opt-out is selected in Salesforce, should this not automatically opt them out in Eloqua?
