The easiest way to do this is to login to Eloqua Cloud Connectors and click your username in the top right, then click My Apps. It'll generate a report of all the connectors that are currently paused due to the password expiration, and will allow you to Edit and re-save those that are paused. You won't actually need to change your password in each one, you just need to change your password once, then re-enable the rest. It's supposed to automatically reenable those that are paused, but this doesn't happen consistently, so this is the process I use to make sure all are running and that none were missed.
