I'm actually not pulling any of the data into eloqua, almost all of the data is created in eloqua(campaigns, picklists, response rules, campaign statuses). I was just describing the Salesforce domain as I understand it, because whenever I mention the CampaignMemberStatus object I seem to get responses about the CampaignMember object and it's status field. Anyway, this is all part of a prototyping and testing effort before I can begin work cleaning up our production instance, but the roadblocks seem to outnumber the documentation. Also, I do have a call for each CRM user rather than switching users for a single call, but I'm beginning to think that the default CRM user interferes with field mappings for calls that are supposed to run under a different user's credentials. And finally, yes we were able to get our support situation figured out, so I have at least started the talks with the SR rep to clear up this issue.
