Thanks for the reply Ben.
1. This is precisely the integration I'm trying to set up, but I can't seem
to find the appropriate place to manage campaign member statuses. Not in
the integrations app, the campaign app, the field and views app in setup
nor from the campaign canvas. This means that when a campaign is created
in eloqua and synced to salesforce, the campaign member statuses available
for that particular campaign in salesforce are always the default (sent and
responded). Also, when setting up the integration between the two systems
is it at all possible to have different statuses associated with different
campaigns?
2. I am aware of the field mapping, the problem is that when mapping to
the RecordTypeId I keep receiving an insufficient access error from
salesforce. To further complicate things I am able to create a campaign
with the same RecordType that I'm trying to synch from eloqua in my
salesforce instance. And I am also able to sync a campaign from eloqua
when I am not mapping the RecordTypeId field.
