Just have to jump in here, my experience was exactly that of Jims. By the time I got through to somone they took my info and said I could not speak to a rep, I told him it was ludacris and that you would start loosing customers as a result and he was quite rude and said that is the way it is and someone whould call me back in a few hours. That was Friday, still no call back over 24 business hours later. Very disapointed
