Just like before this change, you will be able to reach the Eloqua Support team round the clock from Sunday evenings to Friday evening directly on the phone.  Over the weekends we now have the Oracle Hub to handle SR creation for customers that want to call (hey that's new...!), and those SRs will be picked up immediately by Support team when they come back online sunday evenings.

 

And just to calm your nerves - We have no plans at present to move away from providing you all with the Eloqua support (both via phone and email) that you have come to know and love.  We know how much you value it and we think it is really important to have that direction with you, our customers and partners on the Modern Marketing journey.

 

Hope that clears things up a bit.
