I work on the Quality check of Emails, ideally we follow 72 characters as a Best Practice but we see lot of customers providing and insisting on Subject lines greater that 200 characters and above.
My question is Eloqua allows upto 500 characters in the Email Subject line editor. As we all know lengthy Email Subject line are turnoffs, until and unless absolutely necessary!
Have we heard of any truncation issues from the Clients/Users for any particular Email Clients, as in what is maximum length advised for an ideal Subject line from Eloqua's perspective or experience?
