Yes we want to band our SMB customer profiles (6) out into a more granular level including an “unknown” group – these are unaided leads from a webform submission for example where we don’t have any other firmagraphic or intelligence other than what was capture from the submission.
Note realize that our numerics are reversed – sales requested
On the engagement front, we are looking to include the absence of engagement but that could mean 2 things. Either the customer hasn’t responded or the Marketing team did not actually engage the business however based on profile they may be a high value target to go after because of other known information (firmagraphics, etc.) in our database of prospects.
If there isn’t a way to use an expanded matrix today is that something that might get onto the Eloqua roadmap for larger lead scoring models?? Is there a specific limitation that forces a max 4x4?
