I am in the process of re-vamping our current engagement scoring model. Is anyone aware of a way in which to NEGATIVELY weight certain criteria? I know you can choose to weight something that does NOT contain that criteria; we are looking to diminish that person's score based on those rules.
Example: give 100% of available score to any 'executive' title, but DO NOT give score/remove score if title contains admin, assistant, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
